5 stars is not enough!!! Susan Flores is an AMAZING realtor & extremely KNOWLEDGEABLE about greater El Paso, Texas real estate market. I relocated to El Paso from out of state & her EXPERTISE helped me find the perfect home!!! She was able to provide referrals to lenders, home inspectors & multiple trades which was PRICELESS given my limited knowledge of my new area. In addition to providing email listings of available properties , Susan ALWAYS MADE TIME for me- whether it was scheduling a property showing, answering questions ( often after normal business hours), picking up or dropping off items on my behalf, providing referrals or simply checking in. Susans OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE always made me feel valued & appreciated- and that my goal of home ownership ( and desire for future investment properties) was important to Susan too. Susan has a BEAUTIFUL spirit - she is FRIENDLY, ENTHUSIASTIC, COMPASSIONATE, RELIABLE, HONEST & TRUSTWORTHY… she made me feel like I was FAMILY. There was a few unforeseen & unpredictable hiccups along the way, but Susan was right there encouraging me not to give up & was determined To see me to the finish line. That level of support made the home buying process less stressful & more enjoyable. Susan's team- Mallory & Rose- are prompt to respond when Susan is not available ( which is rare), provided detailed outline of key dates throughout escrow process & were critical players in a smooth & painless 30-day close.
